Conditions we treat

We can help you achieve your goals for pelvic health as well as joint and muscular pain.

Conditions we treat

Pelvic pain

Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome, Endometriosis, Interstitial Cystitis, Painful Bladder Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel disorders, Prostatitis, nerve entrapments, coccydynia, SIJ pain, fibromyalgia...there are many names/labels/diagnoses that fall into this category. Any pain from your low back to below your buttocks is "pelvic pain"

Pain with sex or genital pain

Dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, painful orgasms, hypertonic pelvic floor, painful ejaculation...

Post Surgical

Prolapse repair, bladder slings, prostatectomy, cesarean delivery, abdominoplasty, endometriosis excision, hysterectomy, bowel surgeries...

Incontinence

Leaking urine (when you laugh or sneeze; while running to the bathroom), unable to hold gas in, losing stool (pooping in your pants with or without realizing it's going to happen)

Constipation

Straining (holding your breath or struggling to "push" the poop out), bloating, going less than you usually do, change in stool consistency (pellets some days, liquidy others...), hemorrhoids, fissures (small tears in the anus)

Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP)

Bladder, uterus, or rectum sitting too low in the pelvis. Prolapse is more common with female anatomy but can also happen with male anatomy. Some symptoms of this can include: pressure in the lower abdomen, change in ability to pass stool or urine, feeling something "out of place" in the vagina or rectum, seeing something coming out of the vagina or rectum...

Pregnancy and postpartum

Urinary leakage, diastasis recti (separation in the middle of the abs), constipation, low back/SIJ/pelvic pain, general education about staying healthy, pelvic health considerations...

Gender Affirming PT and post surgical

vaginoplasty, metoidioplasty, phalloplasty, top surgery, dilator training, musculoskeletal considerations for surgical and nonsurgical transitions you have chosen

Orthopedic

Low back, hip, knee, upper back, neck, shoulder, ankle: if it's a muscle or a joint problem, we can treat it! Sometimes these conditions are related to your pelvic floor, sometimes they aren't! Let's get to the bottom of it.
